Where we import

We work in two markets and quote in the currency and tax regime of each. Customs treatment is not the same in both, and that changes the final cost.

Importing into Ecuador

Quoted in US dollars with 15% VAT. Ecuador has no free trade agreement with China, so the duty depends on each product's tariff heading: we work it out product by product rather than applying a blanket percentage.

Quoted in Chilean pesos with 19% VAT. Chile does have an agreement with China, and with a certificate of origin many headings clear at zero duty instead of the general 6%.

Usually 24 to 72 business hours. You will get an email as soon as prices are ready, with the breakdown for each shipping route.

The product cost, freight to destination, duties and any other charges for that route. You can see each component separately in the breakdown.

Air is fast but expensive; sea is the opposite. The gap is usually 30 to 45 days of transit, so the decision comes down to when you need the goods.

Fifteen days by default. After that, prices and transit times are no longer reliable, so the quotation closes and needs recalculating.

Yes. You pick the shipping route product by product, and can reject the ones you do not want without losing the rest of the quotation.
